Keianna Johnson is a Washington, D.C. native, author, prayer intercessor, minister-in-training, and community advocate dedicated to empowering others through faith, personal development, and creative expression. An award-winning textured haircare professional, she is the author of Coming of Age: The Easy Guide to Healthy Hair Care for Teens, a resource designed to help young girls build confidence, independence, and healthy hair care habits.
As the founder of No Ghostwriters Allowed, Keianna leads virtual and in-person writing workshops that equip writers, authors, and content creators with accountability, encouragement, and practical tools needed to complete meaningful projects and amplify their voices.
Rooted in a deep commitment to prayer, intercession, and biblical teaching, Keianna is passionate about helping individuals pursue purpose with clarity, courage, and personal conviction.
